The announcement comes after the continued success of the series, with the first three seasons having been streamed 91 million times and attracting more than 20 million viewers across ITV and ITVX. Commissioned by ITV’s Director of Drama Polly Hill, the new series will consist of six episodes. The first three series of Trigger Point are available to stream now on ITVX, with the fourth series set to premiere on ITV soon.
