Damien Molony will return as Jersey detective Jim Bergerac for the six-part U&Original series, which is set to launch on free streaming service U in 2027. The third series sees Bergerac investigate his most shocking case yet when a DNA match links a suspicious death to Jersey’s notorious unsolved Devil’s Hole murder. The second series, which launched earlier this year, averaged 1.3 million viewers across its six episodes, becoming the second highest-rating series on U&DRAMA and across the UKTV network in 2026 so far. Guest stars joining the new series include Sean Gilder, Alexander Cobb, Sule Rimi, Matti Houghton, Liam Garrigan, Elen Rhys and Sebastian Armesto. The latest series of Bergerac is currently available to stream for free on U, with the new series set to arrive in 2027.
