Cardinals running back James Conner was carted off the field with a right ankle injury early in the second half. Pineiro struck again, this time from 51 yards, to put San Francisco on top 6-3 with 17 seconds remaining in the half. Arizona evened the score at 6-all on Ryland's 28-yard field goal with 6:37 left in the third quarter. Kyle Juszczyk caught a 1-yard touchdown pass from Jones to put the 49ers on top 13-6 with 10:50 left in the game.
