Motorola could be preparing to re-enter the premium smartwatch market, with newly leaked images revealing what appears to be a flagship wearable designed to compete with devices such as Samsung’s Galaxy Watch Ultra. The renders, first shared by The Mac Observer, showcase a device believed to be called the Moto Watch Ultra. Its circular display helped popularise the round smartwatch design at a time when many competing models featured square screens. The leaked Moto Watch Ultra appears to feature a 46 mm stainless steel case with a round display surrounded by a numbered bezel. If the leaked hardware accurately reflects the final product, the Moto Watch Ultra could mark the company’s return to the premium wearable market more than a decade after helping establish Android smartwatches as a mainstream category.
