The Toyota USA Swimming Championships are a huge event in America that features many of the best swimmers in the world. Olympians and some of the best swimmers in the country competed this weekend in several different events. In her first race, Swoboda swam 31.58 in the 50-meter breaststroke, which put her in 10th place overall, and finished as a B-finalist. Then in the final race, Swoboda exited as 12th overall, swimming a 31.83. Like the 50-meter breaststroke, Swoboda landed right back in 12th-place as a B-finalist, finishing in 1:09.40 in the 100-meter breaststroke in the preliminaries.
