Total resale transactions stood at 972 units in June 2025, before rising to 1,081 units in July and 1,120 units in August. Resale transactions peaked at 1,152 units in September 2025, then eased to 1,086 units in October, 930 units in November, and 903 units in December. By transaction share, the Outside Central Region accounted for 48.3% (457 units) of June's resale volume, the Rest of Central Region made up 31.7% (300 units), and the Core Central Region held the remaining 20.1% (190 units).
