Digital platforms are being deployed to connect victims with volunteers, relief agencies, and donors, ensuring that aid reaches even the most remote corners of the state. Among the initiatives, a free mobile application called *Helpmonk* and a crowd-sourced live map, Banpani.org, have been launched to streamline relief coordination. These tools allow affected families to signal their needs while enabling responders to track and deliver assistance more efficiently. Officials reported that the flood toll has climbed to 85, with more than 1.35 lakh people still affected as of Monday.
