One person is dead following a wrong-way crash Monday morning on Highway 169 in Shakopee, the Minnesota State Patrol said. The crash caused officials to temporarily close southbound lanes of the highway between Marschall Road and Marystown Road as crews worked to clear the crash site. Lt. Jennifer Krier, a State Patrol spokeswoman, said the crash happened shortly before 8 a.m. when a northbound Ford Taurus crossed the median and into oncoming traffic. The Taurus hit the trailer of a semi-truck before a Ford F150 pickup crashed into the passenger side of the sedan. An ambulance took the driver of the F150, an 18-year-old Shakopee man, to Hennepin County Medical Center for treatment.
