TROY, N.Y. (WNYT)- Troy Pig Out will bring barbecue, music, vendors and a hot dog eating contest back to downtown, according to the Downtown Troy Business Improvement District (BID). Guests can sample $4–$5 bites from competing restaurants and pitmasters and vote for their favorites for the 2026 Pig Out Champion of Downtown Troy. “The Troy Pig Out is one of those signature summer events that brings people together to experience everything our city has to offer,” said Mayor Carmella Mantello.
