The 2026 Prague Pride festival kicks off on Monday, offering more than 200 cultural, educational and community events at different Prague ventues throughout the week. The highlight of the 16th annual festival celebrating equality and the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and other LGBTQ+ people will be Saturday's rainbow parade through the centre of Prague. Beyond the parade, Pride Village on Střelecký Island will host a cultural program, while Pride House will feature debates and lectures. Pride Café is aimed at Prague's international community, and Pride Youth is designed for people under 30. The program also includes exhibitions, film screenings, theatre performances, sports events, workshops, speed dating, friendship meetups and parties.
