Czech goalkeeper Lukáš Horníček has completed a transfer from Braga to Newcastle United, signing a five-year contract with the Premier League club. The €30 million (around CZK 726 million) transfer makes the 24-year-old the third most expensive Czech footballer in history. Newcastle confirmed the signing on its official website. The Vysoké Mýto native flew to the club's training camp in Spain over the weekend to finalize the deal.
