Kothagudem: Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) has secured the Manuguru PKOC-II Dip Side coal block in the Central Coal Ministry’s online auction, marking a significant milestone in the state-owned miner’s expansion strategy and strengthening Telangana’s long-term energy security. We recently inaugurated coal production at the Naini coal block in Odisha, secured the mining lease for the Tadicherla-II block, and today ensured the allotment of the Manuguru PKOC-II Dip Side block,” he said. He said the present government had encouraged Singareni to actively participate in competitive auctions, resulting in the successful acquisition of the Manuguru block. “The future of Singareni and Telangana’s energy security remains our top priority.
