Lilly McNeill completed a 19-month course with Hartford Care, based in Basingstoke, earning top marks through a programme that blended study with hands-on experience. Ms McNeill is now a permanent member of Hartford Care’s central team. Hartford Care apprentice Lilly McNeill has graduated with a distinction. "I could apply everything I was being taught in real time, which had a really positive impact on my coursework and on the value I was able to bring to the team. The care group’s skills and training programme offers apprenticeships at head office and across its 45 care homes, covering roles in care, chef, finance and HR.
