Jack Scarratt was caught by a speed gun driving at 48mph on the A41 in Chesterton near Bicester. The speed limit for that stretch of road is 40mph, but the 35-year-old was caught by a mobile speed van. Scarratt was caught driving at 8mph over the speed limit on September 12, 2025. Scarratt, of Henley Crescent in Solihull, West Midlands, was fined £73 and ordered to pay a £29 surcharge. A collection order was applied, requiring Scarratt to pay the total amount by August 19.
