Razer has acquired the assets of the cloud-based live streaming platform, StreamElements. StreamElements provides tools including custom overlays, stream alerts, chatbots, tipping pages, and sponsorship management. "Content creators and live streamers are an integral part of the Razer community, and they have been for a very long time," said Razer co-founder and CEO Min-Liang Tan. StreamElements co-founder and CEO Or Perry added: "Razer understands that creators have been embedded in this community for years, and they share the same obsession for getting it right." Razer said it plans deeper integration between StreamElements and its existing creator-focused products over time, including Razer Chroma, Razer Gold, and Razer Silver, and Razer ID.
