The members of the jury were excluded from serving on a jury again for the rest of their lives. The conspiracy started when Iqbal came across Child B and C in Rhyl in March 2022, both having taken cannabis. Singh took Child B to London with him, having also invited Child C on the trip, in April 2022 with a view to also exploiting them. But while in London, Child B fled from Singh with her friend, which led to the first police contact and all four men being arrested.
