Amazon Prime Video’s troubled “God of War” TV series adaptation is reportedly seeking new actors to portray Atreus and Thrud. In the first season, Callum Vinson (“Chucky”) is playing Atreus and Island Austin (“Insidious: Out of the Further”) is Thrud. A report from MP1st (via Polygon) indicates casting calls are out with descriptions previously shared during the casting process for Atreus and Thrud. Several episodes of the first season are set to have scenes reshot. It’s not clear when the series will premiere though 2028 is now the most likely case.
