Amazon MGM Studios, Blur Studios, and Games Workshop are all reportedly working on an animated series set within the “Warhammer 40,000” universe reports Variety. That project is still in play and will be developed alongside this animated series. The animated series will serve as a spin-off of the Amazon animated anthology series “Secret Level” which featured a “Warhammer 40,000” episode in late 2024. Dave Wilson, who directed that episode, is the co-creator and director of the new animated series. The project marks the latest Amazon project based on gaming IP in the wake of their success with “Fallout”.
