Myeisha, a brand reflecting the enduring qualities of luxury leather, brought together craftsmanship, art and community over the weekend at Myeisha Meets Art, where Namibian creativity was celebrated in style. The evening reflected the values that have shaped Myeisha since founder Sandra Baumeister established the brand in Windhoek in 2015 after falling in love with Namibia, its landscapes and its people. Myeisha is a luxury leather atelier where every piece is handcrafted by skilled women artisans using predominantly African leather. I started Myeisha to create products that carry the values I believe in: appreciation, authenticity, quality and a deep respect for nature. For more than a decade, Myeisha has earned a reputation for handcrafted leather handbags made in its Windhoek workshop.
