Spider-Man: Brand New Day generated $927 million in worldwide ticket sales during its opening weekend, the second-largest global cinema debut on record. The Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios film trails only Avengers: Endgame, which opened with more than $1.2 billion in 2019. It also became the biggest opening of 2026 and exceeded the global debut of the previous instalment, Spider-Man: No Way Home.
