Saltburn-by-the-Sea has made the Sunday Times’ list of the top 25 seaside places to live. Tim Palmer, one of the main judges and writers behind the annual Sunday Times Best Places to Live guide, hailed Saltburn "Yorkshire's most charming seaside resort. It comes after the Sunday Times named Saltburn as one of its best places to live in the UK for 2026. York was also named in the newspaper’s list, with judges saying the historic city is a “beautiful, beguiling place”.
