by Genevieve Gluck on XThe following is the transcript of my speech delivered at the Canadian Women’s Sex-Based Rights Conference in Montreal for International Women’s Day 2026. When Anna and I launched @Reduxx, it was because we saw a major gap in the media space with respect to accurate reporting on the impact of gender ideology. I’m sure most of you remember, but at the time, accurate information on this subject was sparse. At best, people following this subject could occasionally expect Daily Mail articles where transgender rapists were referred to with “she/her” pronouns, or ridiculous terms like “her penis” were used. But comprehensive, high-quality tracking and investigative reporting was largely non-existent outside of Substacks and Twitter accounts where women desperately tried to bring attention to what was happening.
