Founded in 2012 in Leith, Edinburgh, VPZ was started by founders who struggled to quit smoking until they discovered vaping. Frustrated by poor customer experience, limited product choices, and lack of guidance in a market then serving 12.4 million UK smokers, they opened their first branch to offer personalised support.
