According to Diversified Australia, exhibitors including Oestergaard, Contech, Gelita and Visy committed to the exhibition during its launch. FoodTech Sydney will become part of Diversified Australia’s food manufacturing events portfolio, alongside foodpro Melbourne and FoodTech QLD Brisbane, creating an annual event schedule across three states. FoodTech Sydney is that event – specialist, held locally, and focused on implementation, not browsing,” said Brooks. FoodTech Sydney is targeting more than 100 exhibitors and 2,000 visitors for its inaugural event.
