The owner of two Southwest Virginia marijuana shops charged with several felonies is due in court Monday afternoon. Brandon Garden, 33, is scheduled for a hearing in Bristol General District Court to inform a judge of his legal representation after his arrest last week and the seizure of more than $400,000 in THC product when officers from multiple agencies raided his home and two Best Buds locations in Bristol and Wytheville.
