According to the listing, the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra features the MediaTek MT6993 chip, which corresponds to the Dimensity 9500. Previous reports suggest the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra could feature a 14.6-inch display and a large 11,600 mAh battery.
