Former Dundee loan star Cam Congreve has sealed a permanent switch to Belgian top-flight side Westerlo. The 22-year-old returned to Swansea this summer after lighting up the Scottish Premiership in the dark blue of Dundee. Those performances have now prompted Belgians KVC Westerlo to splash out what has been reported to be a seven-figure fee for the Welshman. In announcing his departure, the English Championship side said: “Swansea City can confirm midfielder Cameron Congreve has joined Belgian club KVC Westerlo for an undisclosed fee, subject to the relevant clearance. “Everyone at Swansea City wishes Cam every success in his future career.”
