It comes after residents raised concerns over works at an address on Lumber Lane, between Burtonwood and Collins Green. A number of planning applications have been lodged with Warrington Borough Council of late proposing conversions of properties, particularly terraces, into HMOs. The concerns have been raised with Warrington Borough Council, which is due to carry out an inspection. “We will be carrying out an inspection to assess the property against HMO standards, and to ensure that it meets the minimum legal requirements for occupation. “We will continue to work with partner services as necessary and take any appropriate action identified through the inspection process.”
