He was handed a seven-year restraining order for this in 2024 but breached it on June 2 of this year with an abusive phone call. The 24-year-old appeared before Liverpool Crown Court on Thursday after pleading guilty to breaching both a restraining order and conditions of a suspended sentence. Prosecuting, Chris Hopkins said how Anderson, of Grove Stret, Latchford, called his dad at around 9.25 pm on June 2. Mr Hopkins said how the defendant was shouting, swearing, and being abusive to his father – who called the police to alert them the restraining order had been breached. Anderson was handed 14 months behind bars – broken down into 10 months for the activation of his previous sentence and four months for the breach of the restraining order.
