The Switch Together programme, designed to support investment in solar panels and battery storage, has already helped 190 households in Warrington. Delivered by Warrington Borough Council in partnership with Cheshire East and Cheshire West and Chester councils, the scheme is powered by iChoosr and promotes clean energy through collective purchasing. Cllr Una Gillham, cabinet member for climate change, sustainability and the environment at Warrington Borough Council, said: "We’re proud to support the return of the Switch Together scheme in Warrington. Switch Together offers a cost-effective way for households to install solar panels, battery storage and electric vehicle (EV) charging points.
