Cancun swimmers find floating body of man believed reported missing the night beforeCancun, Q.R. — The body of a swimmer reported missing the night before has been recovered from an area off Cancun’s Playa del Niño. Other swimmers in the area saw the man floating face down on the sea-side of a sargassum barrier. The area was cordoned off while Civil Protection personnel recovered the body and returned him to shore. Preliminary reports suggest the man is likely the same person who was reported missing Saturday night after failing to return from a swim on a different Cancun beach.
