St Clements Hall.
St Clements Hall in Lerwick’s St Olaf Street is available for offers in the region of £200,000 - a substantial reduction of the £300,000 sought during a previous sale.
A major fire in 2014 caused extensive damage to the rear extension of the building and it has lain derelict ever since.
“The proposed residential use will merge into the existing streetscape and conservation area with minimal impact.”
According to the listing by Anderson Strathern, the two-storey rear extension remains derelict, with the roof and first floor collapsed.
