Finley, aged 13 and from Wigan, was last seen at around 5pm in Little Lever, Bolton on Tuesday, July 28. He is described as a white male, approximately 5ft tall, of slim build, with mousey brown hair. 13-year-old Finley has been missing since last Tuesday (Image: GMP)He was last seen wearing a black coat with yellow writing on the sleeves, dark coloured pants, and grey trainers with red laces. Finley is also known to frequent the Great Lever area as well. Residents are urged to call the police on 101, quoting log 3482 of August 1 if they have any information on Finley’s whereabouts.
