Police were called to St Paul's Road on July 24 after 57-year-old Anthony Armstrong, known as Tony, was injured following an incident outside an address. A man is now set to appear in court charged with manslaughter. Mark James, 37, of St Paul’s Road, will appear at Teesside Magistrates’ Court today.
