LAGOS, Nigeria – Nigeria’s National Youth Service Corps issued new registration and safety guidelines for prospective corps members ahead of the upcoming orientation camp on Monday, August 3, 2026. Okay News reports that the National Youth Service Corps published the directives on its X handle on Monday. “Prospective Corps Members with discrepancies in the date of graduation on their call-up letters and the date on their statement of results will not be registered in the orientation camp,” the National Youth Service Corps said. “Prospective Corps Members are advised to print and sign the form, which is to be submitted during registration at the orientation camp,” the National Youth Service Corps said. The organisation also emphasized travel safety, stating, “Prospective Corps Members are advised not to travel at night to the orientation camp.”
