Haynes told the 'girl' - who was actually a decoy account run by a paedophile hunter - he wanted to take "her" to bed and show her how babies were made.
Haynes was sentenced to a three-year community order, and was made the subject of a sexual harm prevention order at Swansea Crown Court on October 14, 2019.
The defendant, now 61, appeared at Aberystwyth Magistrates' Court on July 29 charged with breaching his sexual harm prevention order.
Haynes, from Glascoed in Llandysul, was accused of having his browsing history settings to delete after three days, which violated the terms of his order.
He was given a two-year community order, including 26 sessions of the Building Choices Programme, 150 hours of unpaid work, and 25 days of rehabilitation activity.
