Asa Simpson, sales director at Burger Boi, said: "Less than five years ago, Burger Boi opened its first store. Burger Boi, launched in Wolverhampton in July 2021, now operates around 20 locations across the UK. A second Morrisons Burger Boi site is set to open on August 6 at the retailer’s Wood Green store in north London, creating more than 20 new jobs. Burger Boi founder Surj Bassi said the partnership supports the brand’s ambitions for nationwide growth in “convenient, high-footfall locations.” Burger Boi plans to open four more Morrisons sites before the end of the year.
