Australians are moving jobs at the lowest level in history as economic uncertainty and cost of living leaves many workers feeling cautious about change. According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, just 7.2 per cent of workers switched jobs in the past year to February. That equates to just over 1 million workers who moved to a different role in the 12 month period.
