Kerala State Mediation and Conciliation Centre has developed a Mediation Management System for the High Court to digitise the mediation process from court referral to submission of the final reportNew Delhi: Kerala State Mediation and Conciliation Centre has emerged as one of the top-performing states in the Supreme Court-backed "Mediation for the Nation 2.0" campaign, settling 12,389 disputes through mediation during the nationwide initiative held between January 2 and June 15, 2026. The campaign, spearheaded by the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee of the Supreme Court of India, facilitated the amicable resolution of over one lakh cases across the country. The resolved matters spanned 13 categories, including matrimonial disputes, motor accident claims, cheque bounce cases, criminal compoundable offences, land acquisition, partition suits, eviction matters, commercial disputes, labour cases, consumer disputes and other civil cases.
