Winners must submit their prize claims within 30 days of the draw date. Prize amounts exceeding ₹5,000 must be claimed directly from the Directorate of Kerala State Lotteries at Gorky Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram. Prizes of ₹5,000 or less can be collected from any authorised lottery retailer in Kerala.
