ELIZABETHTOWN, N.Y. (WNYT)- Week three of the Luciano Frattolin murder trial begins Monday in Essex County Court. A Warren County patrol officer told jurors the first thing Luciano Frattolin said was that his daughter was gone. As Hopeck was asked to identify Frattolin, Frattolin stood up from his seat in court. At one point, while speaking about who could have kidnapped his daughter Melina, Frattolin said, “Either for money or her (Melina’s mom) playing with us. On Monday, July 27, jurors watched hours of video showing police confronting Luciano Frattolin as they challenged his account of what happened to his daughter, Melina.
