A 48-year-old man is in custody after he jumped into the Inner Harbor after stealing a motorcycle in Fells Point Sunday afternoon. Police responded to the 2800 block of Boston Street for a report of a stolen motorcycle. Officers learned that a 33-year-old victim and the suspect had an altercation over the motorcycle, and the 48-year-old man cut the victim’s arm with a pocketknife. The suspect then jumped into the Inner Harbor and swam under a bridge, where officers found him.
