The barns at The Grove, west of Staunton-on-Arrow in Pembridge, part of a site owned by design company Grove Design, are in poor condition but are considered suitable for redevelopment to support business growth. In a statement supporting the application, the agent said: "The proposal aims to maintain the overall arrangement, setting, and layout of the barns as existing. The barns form an L-shape facing the farmhouse and include a former Jinney ring to the north, creating a U-shaped courtyard area.
