Dudley Building Society has strengthened its leadership team with the appointments of Jayne Roberts as head of lending and Richard McDonald as brand and communications manager. Roberts joins from Skipton Building Society, bringing extensive experience across the mortgage and lending sector. In her new role, she will lead Dudley Building Society’s lending function, overseeing the continued development of its mortgage proposition, underwriting operations, supporting the society’s ambitions to expand its specialist lending expertise. Commenting on the appointments Rob Oliver, distribution director at Dudley Building Society, said: “Both appointments reflect the direction we’re taking as a Society and the importance we place on having experienced people leading key areas of the business.
