Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB) has appointed Cain Lam as business development manager within its specialist mortgages team. In his new role, Lam will support brokers across London, working with intermediary partners on complex buy-to-let and specialist property investment cases. He succeeds Joseph Lethbridge, who has moved into a London Key Accounts role within the specialist mortgages team, reporting to Andrea Glasgow, sales director for specialist mortgages and bridging finance. Lam joined HTB in 2024 as a Loan Administrator and has since progressed through a number of lending roles, including loans officer, loyalty lending manager and, most recently, senior loyalty lending manager. I’m looking forward to building on that experience by supporting brokers with the complex cases they’re placing.”
