The Clubhouse at the Elms, just off Unthank Road - originally built by Caley’s in the 1930s - has been transformed into a new workspace for Broadland Housing Association.
Recently, the building was being used by staff at Broadland Housing Association, who revealed the site had "faced significant challenges".
