Flooding is possible at Hunstanton between 8am and 12pm today. Areas most at risk in the town are around Hunstanton seafront. Flood gates in the area have been closed by the Local Authority, making access difficult. The situation is being closely monitored by the Environment Agency and will update the public as and when the situation changes. A spokesman for the Environment Agency said the high tide during the evening is not expected to be as high.
