Drivers were facing delays on Priory Plain at the junction of St Nicholas Road in Great Yarmouth. A spokeswoman for Norfolk Constabulary said a van and a car were involved and it is not believed that anyone was injured. Police remained at the scene, and traffic was building in the area.
