The organisation has warned of nationwide protests if its request is ignored. In a formal letter to the makers, Shri Ramlila Mahasangh president Arjun Kumar sought a preview for representatives of the Mahasangh and various Ramlila committees well before the film’s Diwali 2026 release. The group says it wants to ensure there are no scenes or dialogues that could hurt religious sentiments. The organisation further expressed concerns over the visual depiction of sacred elements and urged the makers to remain faithful to religious traditions.
