ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Thousands of RG&E customers in Monroe County were without power Monday morning, according to RG&E’s outage map. As of 1 p.m. Monday, the outage map shows only 76 customers in the county are without power. At one point Monday morning, nearly 3,000 were without power.
